The office Christmas party is often the only occasion in the working year where a team has dinner together, takes the floor together, and allows the photographs to capture genuine connection rather than corporate presentations. These images go on internal comms, social media, company reports and — most importantly — onto the fridges and phones of the people in them.
I photograph corporate Christmas parties, private festive celebrations, charity galas and office events throughout Cambridge and the surrounding area each November and December — specialising in natural-looking images in evening event lighting that genuinely capture the atmosphere of a well-designed festive evening.

How far in advance should I book a Christmas party photographer in Cambridge?
October is ideal for securing November and December dates — Christmas party season in Cambridge fills extremely quickly. Some corporate venues book the same photographer year on year, so early preparation is advisable. I typically take Christmas bookings from August onwards.
Can you photograph Christmas parties in dark venues with coloured lighting?
Yes — event photography in mixed indoor lighting, including coloured stage lighting, uplighting and candlelight, is a core part of the service. I use professional event photography equipment including IS lenses and natural-looking flash systems to produce clean, flattering images in challenging festive lighting.
How many guests can you cover in a single Christmas party?
I have covered corporate Christmas parties from 20 to 400 guests as a single photographer. For very large events (200+) or multi-room simultaneous coverage, I can discuss second photographer options. Most corporate Christmas parties of standard size are covered well by a single photographer.
Can you provide fast turnaround for social media posting the next morning?
Yes — a priority social media selection of 20–30 images can be available for download within 24 hours of the event. This is available as an add-on to any package and is popular with social media managers and internal comms teams.
Do you cover private Christmas parties as well as corporate events?
Yes — private Christmas parties, holiday gatherings, and family festive celebrations are photographed alongside corporate events. Private bookings are handled with the same discretion.
