Questions
Do you work with a brief or shot list?
Yes — I always review the event programme and any specific requirements in advance. If there are key moments, speakers, or guests that must be documented, I plan around them. This ensures nothing essential is missed.
How quickly do we receive the images?
Standard delivery is 48–72 hours. Same-day delivery (images by midnight on the event day) is available for an additional fee and must be requested at booking.
Do you travel outside Cambridge for events?
Yes — I cover events across Cambridgeshire, East Anglia, London, and the wider UK. Travel costs outside Cambridge are added to the invoice at a standard mileage rate.
Can you provide vertical and horizontal crops for social media?
Yes — all images are delivered in both landscape and portrait orientations. If you need specific aspect ratios for Instagram, LinkedIn, or press, just let me know.
