Where to Shoot in Essex
Dedham Vale, on the Suffolk border, offers some of the most iconic pastoral scenery in England — it's the landscape that inspired Constable and still looks exactly as painted. The Blackwater Estuary and the beaches around Mersea give a coastal, textured atmosphere with big skies and ever-changing light. Closer to London, Epping Forest provides dense, ethereal woodland that's magical in any season.
