Voucher Questions

How long is the voucher valid?+

All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The Wedding Credit voucher is valid for 18 months. Extensions can be arranged with notice — just get in touch.

Can the voucher be transferred?+

Yes — vouchers are transferable. If the recipient would like to pass it on, they just need to let me know.

What if the session is worth more than the voucher?+

The recipient can simply pay the difference when booking. What if it's less? We can discuss swapping for a different session type of similar value.

Do you offer custom amounts?+

Absolutely. If the set vouchers don't fit what you have in mind, contact me and I'll create a custom voucher for any value.

Will I receive a physical card?+

Vouchers are sent as a digital PDF by default. Beautiful physical cards can be sent by post — please allow 3–5 days for delivery and mention this when ordering.
