Documentary coverage of the groom's morning — the calm before the ceremony, the jokes, the details, and the first glimpse of the day ahead.

The groom's morning is often overlooked in wedding photography planning, but it tells an essential part of the day's story — the quiet moments of getting dressed, the jokes with the best man, the tie being straightened for the fourth time, and the moment of stillness before everything begins.
Whether you're getting ready at home, a hotel or a country house, I arrive early to document the morning in a natural, unobtrusive way — capturing real moments rather than feeling like a photo call.
These images complement the bride's morning coverage beautifully, and together they create a complete narrative of how your wedding day began.
I work quietly in the background, capturing genuine moments — the laughter with groomsmen, the concentration of cufflinks, the first glimpse in the mirror. No stiff posing.
Suit, tie, shoes, boutonnière, watches and rings — the small details that make your outfit personal are photographed with care. Have them laid out ready if possible.
Casual group photos with the groomsmen and best man — relaxed and natural, not military-straight lines. These often become some of the most-viewed images in the gallery.
If you're planning a first look with your partner before the ceremony, your preparation coverage sets the story leading up to that moment beautifully.
Typically 45–90 minutes of groom coverage — timed to the pace of your morning rather than rushed. Can be combined with simultaneous bride coverage if you're in different locations.
Groom preparation coverage is included with full-day wedding packages. It can also be added as an optional extra to shorter coverage packages.
