All birth photography enquiries are handled on an on-call basis — once booked, Yana is available 24/7 around the estimated due date and will travel to your location at any hour when labour begins. What Home Birth Photography Covers
Coverage begins when you call — typically in established active labour — and continues through the birth itself and into the immediate golden hour afterwards. The resulting gallery documents the intensity and beauty of the birth experience, the first moments of a new person’s life, the room you chose, and the faces of everyone present at the moment they first met the baby. Images are delivered in a private online gallery within 2–4 weeks of the birth.
Booking Birth Photography
Birth photography must be booked well in advance — typically before 32 weeks — to ensure availability and to allow for the planning conversations that are essential for this type of work. Yana only accepts a limited number of birth photography clients per month to ensure she is genuinely available for every family booked.
