Coventry is a city of extraordinary contrasts — medieval cathedral ruins beside a soaring post-war replacement, Edwardian terraces in Earlsdon and Chapelfields, Victorian streets alongside 1960s regeneration. Your home is your home: in it are the particular textures, light qualities, and objects that make it uniquely yours. That is exactly where I photograph newborn sessions.
I come to your Coventry or Warwickshire home within the first two weeks of your baby's life and work with whatever natural light is there — no studio, no elaborate kit, no displacement from the place you've prepared for your new arrival. The session lasts two to three hours and the images it produces are genuinely documentary: your baby, your family, your home, your beginning.

Questions
When should I book a newborn session in Coventry?+
Book during pregnancy — ideally in the second trimester — to secure a date. Newborn sessions are best between 5 and 14 days after birth, when babies are naturally sleepy and curled. I keep a flexible schedule to accommodate early or late arrivals and will confirm the date once your baby has arrived.
Do you travel to Leamington Spa, Rugby, and Kenilworth?+
Yes — I cover Coventry and the whole of Warwickshire including Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Rugby, Nuneaton, and into neighbouring Northamptonshire. Travel within 20 miles of Coventry city centre is included.
What should I do to prepare my home?+
Very little. Open your curtains and pull back furniture near your largest window — natural window light is what I work with. Have the room warm enough for a nappy-only baby if you want close skin details. Everything else — blankets, baskets, the baby's own things — I work with exactly as I find it.
Do you photograph siblings and the family together?+
Yes — sibling and family portraits are included in every newborn session. The most treasured images frequently feature the whole family together, and I always create time for these during the session.
How many images will I receive?+
You'll receive a minimum of 40 fully edited images. Most sessions produce 50–70 images — the gallery will genuinely document the full session rather than a selection of a few.
