Wiltshire sits between the chalk downlands of Salisbury Plain and the Cotswold fringe — its towns and villages range from the medieval cathedral city of Salisbury, with its tall Georgian and Victorian townhouses, to the market towns of Chippenham and Marlborough with their characterful high streets and side streets full of older domestic architecture excellent for natural light photography.

What makes Salisbury good for newborn photography?+
Salisbury's Cathedral Close area has some of the most beautiful period domestic architecture in southern England — the tall Georgian and Jacobean houses around the Close have excellent tall-window natural light ideal for newborn sessions.
Do you cover rural Wiltshire?+
Yes — some of Wiltshire's most beautiful settings are in the villages: thatched cottages in the Vale of Pewsey, stone houses in the Cotswold fringe near Malmesbury, and the characterful properties near the chalk downlands.
