Photographer Harpenden

Harpenden is one of Hertfordshire's most prosperous and attractive towns — a large village character with a broad High Street, its famous extensive Common, and the River Lea chalk stream running through Batford Springs nature reserve to the south. The town is consistently ranked among the best places to live in the UK, largely due to its excellent schools, green spaces and its combination of village character with fast London commuter links. For portrait and family photography, the Common and Batford Springs are outstanding outdoor settings with beautiful natural light.

I photograph families, couples, weddings, newborns and individuals in Harpenden and across south Hertfordshire — St Albans, Redbourn, Wheathampstead, Luton and the surrounding countryside. The Lea Valley between Harpenden and Wheathampstead is particularly beautiful for engagement and couple sessions. I travel across Hertfordshire and the Home Counties for weddings and portrait sessions.
