Where are the sessions held?+

Wherever makes sense for your brand — your premises (shop, studio, office, home office), outdoor locations around Cambridge, or a hired venue. We discuss and plan locations when you Book.

What should I do before the session?+

Think about which products or services to feature, put together a mood board (Pinterest is great for this), select 2–3 outfits if you're including personal brand portraits, and have your workspace or props ready. I'll send a prep guide after booking.

Do I need to bring models or can you provide them?+

Most small business brand sessions feature you and your team. If you need lifestyle models — customers using your product, for example — I can connect you with local model agencies, or you can use staff, friends, or family (often the most authentic option).

I'm not photogenic. Can you still help?+

Absolutely — this is one of the most common concerns I hear, and it's almost always unfounded once we start shooting. I direct throughout the session, keep the atmosphere relaxed, and show you the back of the camera regularly so your confidence grows as we go.

What's the turnaround time for edited images?+

Standard delivery is 7 days. Priority delivery (5 days) is included in the Small Business Day and Brand Full Day packages. Rush delivery (48–72 hours) is available as an add-on.

Can I use the images for advertising?+

Yes — all packages include a web and social media licence. The Small Business Day and Brand Full Day include full commercial use. Print advertising and licensing for third parties is covered separately — just ask.
