Gallery Turnaround Times
Photography turnaround times vary by session type. Post-production work — selection, colour correction, editing and quality checking — takes time to do properly. I do not rush turnarounds at the expense of quality.
All galleries are delivered via an online gallery platform with download options — no waiting for USBs in the post, no file-size limitations on email. You receive a link, you view your images in a beautiful presentation, and you download what you want at full resolution.
The timelines below are my standard targets. These are the times I consistently achieve — not worst-case estimates. If anything changes your delivery, I will contact you proactively.
Portrait Sessions: 1–2 Weeks
Lifestyle portrait sessions, family visits, headshots and personal sessions — galleries delivered within 1–2 weeks of the session date. Typically closer to 1 week.
Newborn Sessions: 2–3 Weeks
Newborn sessions involve more post-production work including composite posing images. Galleries delivered within 2–3 weeks of the session.
Weddings: 4–6 Weeks
Wedding galleries involve substantially more images and more complex post-production. Full wedding galleries are delivered within 4–6 weeks. A preview selection of 20–30 images is delivered within one week.
Commercial Photography: by Agreement
Commercial photography timelines are agreed at booking. Standard commercial delivery is 5–7 working days. Rush delivery within 48 hours is available for an additional fee.
Rush Options
Rush processing is available for portrait and newborn sessions at an additional charge — galleries delivered within 72 hours of the session. Rush requests must be confirmed at booking.
Online Gallery Access
Galleries are hosted on an online platform and remain accessible for 12 months. After 12 months, galleries are archived — clients are advised to download their images promptly.
