There are thousands of photographers in the UK. Choosing one is one of the most important decisions of your wedding or portrait planning — and one of the hardest, because it is very difficult to distinguish between photographers on the basis of images alone. Most published portfolio images look beautiful. The real difference is in the experience, the reliability, the working relationship, and the quality of the photographs that don't make the portfolio.

I'm going to try to answer the question honestly. I'm not the right photographer for everyone — but for the couples and families I do work with, the experience is consistently described as relaxed, personal, and genuinely enjoyable.
