The Wild Atlantic Way

The Wild Atlantic Way runs 2,500km along Ireland's west coast from Donegal in the north to Cork in the south. For photography, it is one of the world's great coastal routes — each region distinct, all dramatically beautiful. Key photography zones along the route:

Legal Requirements for Ireland

To marry in the Republic of Ireland, both parties must give at least three months' notice to the HSE Registrar. A Notification of Intention to Marry form is submitted in person at a register office; you cannot notify by post or online. After notification, you receive a Marriage Registration Form (MRF) which must be present at the ceremony. The ceremony must be conducted by a registered solemniser. Many couples handle the legal registration at home in the UK and have a symbolic ceremony in Ireland — this is widely done and completely valid.
