Boudoir photography is about you — your body, your story, your confidence on a particular day. Every session I photograph is different: some clients come with a clear vision and a carefully curated wardrobe; others arrive uncertain but curious, and we build the session around what makes them feel most themselves. Both approaches produce beautiful results. What they have in common is a completely private environment, professional direction, and images that people are genuinely surprised by when they first see their gallery.
I photograph boudoir sessions in privately hired Cambridge spaces — natural-light rooms with warmth, texture, and a quality of environment that translates into images with depth. I also work in clients' homes and in Cambridge's boutique hotels when that setting suits better. Every location is confirmed private and exclusively accessible during our session time.
For bridal boudoir — the pre-wedding intimate portrait session, often given as a gift to a partner on the morning of the wedding — I work in the weeks before the wedding date for a relaxed, unhurried session. The images are delivered in advance of the wedding so they are ready to gift. Some clients also use a morning-of-the-wedding portrait session at the bridal preparations location; this is included as part of my wedding day coverage for full-day wedding bookings.

Bridal Boudoir
A popular pre-wedding session, often gifted to a partner or kept as a private keepsake. Includes lingerie, wedding morning robe, and bridal jewellery if desired.
Couple Sessions
Intimate couple sessions — romantic, sensual, and entirely private. A unique way to celebrate a relationship, a milestone birthday or anniversary.

Boudoir Photography — FAQs
I have never done anything like this before — is that okay?
Absolutely — the vast majority of my boudoir clients have never had any kind of intimate portrait session before. The whole point of our before-session consultation is to make sure you feel completely prepared and comfortable. I provide detailed wardrobe guidance, we discuss the style of images you like, and I direct every pose on the day so there is no guesswork on your part.
Where do boudoir sessions take place in Cambridge?
I work in private hired spaces — a carefully selected range of naturally lit rooms and boutique studio settings in and around Cambridge. All locations are fully private and exclusively hired for your session. I can also travel to your home or hotel room if you prefer; Cambridge's boutique hotels provide beautiful natural-light environments for indoor boudoir sessions.
What should I wear — or bring — to my boudoir session?
I send a detailed wardrobe guide on booking. In general: bring two or three looks — one or two lingerie sets, something oversized (a shirt, cashmere jumper, or robe), and any meaningful jewellery or accessories. I recommend avoiding new uncomfortable pieces you have not worn before. Hair and make-up done before arrival is ideal; I can recommend trusted Cambridge hair and make-up artists.
How are my images handled? Is everything confidential?
Complete confidentiality is guaranteed. Your images are delivered via a private, password-protected gallery only accessible to you. I do not share, publish, or use your images in any way without your explicit written permission. If you would like to share images publicly on social media or my portfolio, that is entirely your choice and always opt-in, never assumed.
How long does a boudoir session take?
Standard sessions are 2 hours and typically include 2–3 wardrobe changes. Extended sessions of 3–4 hours are available for those wanting more variety or a more relaxed pace. All sessions include a pre-shoot consultation call and a post-shoot gallery review session where you choose your final images.
What is included in the price? Do I receive printed products?
All packages include a set number of fully retouched digital images delivered via secure gallery. Printed album design, wall art prints, and private gift boxes are available as additions. I will send a full packages and pricing guide on enquiry.
