We feel awkward in front of a camera. Will it show?
Almost every couple says this. And almost every couple is surprised by their photographs. I work by giving movement prompts — walking, looking at something together, a specific action — rather than asking for a pose. The result is natural images of real moments.
When's the best time of year for a couples session in Cambridge?
Each season is beautiful in different ways. Spring blossom (late March–April) is stunning at the Botanic Garden. Golden summer evenings have magical light. Autumn gives rich colour. Even winter has a moody beauty to it. I'll recommend the best locations for whichever season you choose.
How long is the session?
Standard couples sessions are 75–90 minutes. This is enough time to explore 1–2 locations, relax fully, and create a wide variety of images without feeling rushed.
Can we use the images for our wedding invitations or save-the-dates?
Absolutely — full print release is included. If you have a print deadline, mention it when booking and I'll prioritise delivery.
