Elopement Photography
Honest pricing for intimate ceremonies and elopements across England. Just the two of you — and photography that captures it properly.
Enquire NowElopements are not a compromise. They are a deliberate, intentional choice to get married on your own terms — without the performance, the expense, and the logistical weight of a large wedding. Getting the photography right matters precisely because the day is so focused on the two of you.
Elopement photography is documentary by nature — there is no group to marshal, no schedule to stick to, and the emphasis is entirely on the genuine experience of the day. The gallery from an elopement often has a depth and emotional directness that large wedding galleries can't match.
These packages are designed to be flexible. Your elopement might be a registry office ceremony followed by an afternoon in the countryside; it might be a cliff-top exchange of vows at dawn with a witness each. Each package can be adapted to fit what you are actually doing.
All prices include editing, online gallery, and print licence. Travel included to specified distance.

£1,750
Full day · 300+ images
A full elopement day — from getting ready through to dinner. Multiple locations, maximum flexibility, and a gallery that tells the whole story of your day.
All packages include natural, documentary-style photography, full-resolution edited images, an online gallery, print licence, and delivery within 3 weeks. You own the images completely and can use them however you choose.
Yes — legally, you need two witnesses for a marriage ceremony in England and Wales. Many couples ask two close friends or family members to act as witnesses; some register offices can provide them. Your registrar will confirm the requirements for your specific ceremony.
Almost any publicly accessible location is fine for portrait photography. For the legal ceremony itself, it must take place at a licensed venue in England and Wales. However, the portrait session (which is often the most photographically memorable part) can be anywhere — a cliff, a forest, a beach, a meadow.
Elopement packages are designed for small, intimate occasions — typically just the two of you, though a few close people can be accommodated. They're priced per couple rather than per event length. If you have more than about 10 guests, the micro-wedding packages may be more appropriate.
For flexibility, I recommend booking 3-6 months ahead, though I can sometimes accommodate shorter notice for weekday elopements. Popular locations (Cotswolds, Lake District, Cornwall) and weekend dates in summer book fastest.
I cover all of England for elopements. Regular elopement destinations include the Cotswolds, Lake District, Cornwall, Cambridge, the Peak District, and the Yorkshire Dales. Travel is included up to the distance specified in each package; beyond that, a transparent travel fee applies.
