Whether you want the quintessential Cambridge backdrop or something wilder, there's a location to suit every family.
I'm based locally in Cambridgeshire, so there's no travel charge for Cambridge sessions. I work in a relaxed, child-led way — no forced poses, just genuine moments that reveal who your family really is. Golden hour sessions in the summer (6–8pm) are particularly magical in the meadows around Grantchester.

Cambridge Family Photography FAQs
When is the best time to book a family session in +
Spring (April–May) and autumn (September–October) give the best light and colour. Summer golden-hour sessions (6–8pm) are especially beautiful. I recommend booking 6–8 weeks ahead to secure your preferred date.
What if my children won't cooperate?+
Completely normal — I work in a relaxed, child-led way. I don't direct children into poses; I follow their lead and photograph the real interactions. The best images often come from 'uncooperative' moments.
Which Cambridge location would you recommend?+
It depends on your family's personality and what kind of images you want. I'm happy to advise based on your preferences — contact me and we'll find the perfect spot.
Can we bring our dog?+
Absolutely — dogs are very welcome. They often add the best moments of the session. Just let me know in advance so I can plan the location to be dog-friendly.
How long until we receive our photos?+
Your private online gallery will be ready within 10 business days of the session. You'll receive a link to download all your images in full resolution.
