Christchurch Park is the most accessible and versatile — the tree canopy, open lawn, and walled garden give you several different looks within walking distance. For something more dramatic, Orwell Country Park offers estuary views that are difficult to match anywhere in East Anglia.
Do you cover the wider Suffolk area?+
Yes — I cover all of Suffolk including Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, Woodbridge, Felixstowe, Sudbury, and surrounding villages. Some of the most beautiful sessions happen in Suffolk's rolling countryside rather than in Ipswich itself.
What time of year is best for family photography in Suffolk?+
Spring bluebells and autumn colour are my personal favourites, but golden-hour summer sessions are magical in Suffolk's open landscape. Winter low-light woodland sessions have a quiet, atmospheric quality all their own.
How many photos will we receive?+
The Mini Session includes 20+ images, the Standard Session 40+, and the Extended Session 75+. All images are fully edited and delivered via a private online gallery within 10 business days.
Can grandparents join the session?+
Absolutely — extended-family and multigenerational sessions are something I particularly enjoy. The Extended package gives enough time to photograph both the whole group and smaller family units.
