That's precisely what in-home newborn photography is designed to capture: not a set or a studio, but the real atmosphere of your home in the first precious week.
I work gently and without rushing across all of Bedfordshire — Bedford town and the Ouse Valley, the Dunstable Downs edge, Leighton Buzzard, Biggleswade, Ampthill, and everywhere in between. Sessions are led entirely by your baby; we move at their pace, with feeds and settling time built into every session naturally.
Sessions start from £245 and include full family coverage plus baby portraits in natural light from your own windows.

When should I book a newborn session in Bedfordshire?+
The best time to book is during your second or third trimester — we hold a flexible slot and confirm once your baby is born. The ideal age for a newborn session is within the first 10–14 days, when babies sleep most deeply.
Which areas of Bedfordshire do you cover?+
I cover all of Bedfordshire including Bedford, Luton, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard, Biggleswade, Ampthill, Flitwick, Sandy, Shefford, Woburn, Kempston, and surrounding villages. I also cover Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire borders — please ask if you're just outside.
What should I prepare for the session?+
I bring all wraps, props, and accessories. Your only job is to keep the room warm — newborns settle much better in a warm environment. I'll send a full preparation guide before your session.
My older child is very young — can they be in the photos?+
Yes — the Newborn & Sibling package is built for this. Sibling moments are a highlight of almost every session and the images of an older toddler or child meeting the new baby are truly irreplaceable. I schedule the session to keep things relaxed for everyone.
How long after the session do we receive our images?+
Your private online gallery is delivered within 10 working days. Rush delivery within 5 days is available on request. Gallery access is available for 12 months, and I can advise on prints and albums at any point.
