Photographer Bishop's Stortford

Bishop's Stortford is east Hertfordshire's largest town — a historic market town at the Hertfordshire/Essex border, close to Stansted Airport and well-connected to London. The town is surrounded by outstanding photography locations: Hatfield Forest (one of England's few remaining medieval royal forests) to the east, the River Stort navigation through the town centre, and the beautiful rolling countryside of the Hadham and Ash valleys to the south and west. The town itself has a characterful medieval centre — the Norman castle mound, the large St Michael's Church and interesting Victorian streetscapes.

I photograph families, couples, weddings and individuals in Bishop's Stortford and across east Hertfordshire and north Essex — Sawbridgeworth, Ware, Hertford, Braintree and Chelmsford. Hatfield Forest is my preferred location for family and couple portrait sessions in this area. I travel across the Home Counties for weddings and portrait sessions throughout the year.
