The UK has a deeper punk heritage than almost anywhere in the world — not just in London but in Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds, Bristol, Nottingham, and every city where independent music culture took root in the late 1970s and never entirely left. Punk weddings across the UK carry that regional character. A Manchester punk wedding has a different feel from a London one; a Glasgow punk wedding is its own distinct thing.
