Liverpool has some of the most distinctive outdoor spaces in England for maternity photography. Sefton Park — 235 acres of Victorian parkland with the breathtaking glass-and-iron Palm House at its centre — gives both intimate parkland portraits and architectural grandeur. Calderstones Park's ancient meadows, walled garden, and the 4,000-year-old Calderstones themselves provide an intimacy quite different from Sefton's open lawns.
For those who want something more dramatic, the Wirral peninsula's coastal paths and the tidal sands at Crosby Beach — with Antony Gormley's 100 iron figures looking out to sea — give a completely unique sense of place to Liverpool bump portraits. Sessions are best booked at 28–34 weeks.

Between 28–34 weeks gives the most beautiful bump portraits. This timing means you're comfortable walking through Sefton Park or along the Wirral coastal path. Book from around 20 weeks to secure your date, especially for golden hour sessions.
Liverpool has exceptional variety. Sefton Park — with its restored Victorian Palm House — gives architectural grandeur behind lush parkland. The Wirral coastline and Crosby Beach offer open sky, water, and (at Crosby) Antony Gormley's 100 iron figures as an extraordinary backdrop.
Yes — siblings and dogs are very welcome. The Extended session gives plenty of time for family portraits as well as solo bump photography. Sefton Park and Calderstones are both dog-friendly.
Yes — I cover all of Merseyside including Birkenhead, Southport, St Helens, Knowsley, and Halton. I also photograph sessions across the Wirral peninsula from West Kirby to Hoylake.
