Newborn Photography FAQs
When should I book a newborn photographer in Peterborough?+
Book during your second trimester (around 20–28 weeks) to hold a slot around your due date. We confirm the actual session date once baby arrives — ideally between days 5 and 14.
How does an at-home session work?+
I come to your home in Peterborough or the surrounding area. I use only natural light from windows — no flash, no artificial lighting. We follow baby's rhythm completely: feeding breaks, settling time, and gentle handling throughout.
Is it safe for my newborn?+
Absolutely. I only use natural, comfortable positions and never force posing. I've completed newborn photography safety training and baby's wellbeing is always the first and only priority.
Do you cover villages outside Peterborough?+
Yes — I cover all of North Cambridgeshire including Stamford, Market Deeping, Crowland, Whittlesey, March, and surrounding villages. No travel supplement within 30 miles of Cambridge.
Can my toddler be included?+
Yes — sibling sessions are some of the most treasured. The Newborn + Sibling package is specifically designed for this, with extra time built in to let the older child settle at their own pace.
