Photographer Brixton

Brixton is a neighbourhood of extraordinary energy, colour and cultural depth. Straddling the Lambeth/Stockwell borders in South London, its Windrush Square, covered markets, Victorian railway arches and world-famous music venues tell the story of a community that has been at the heart of London's creative and social life for decades. For photography, it offers a remarkable visual environment — murals, market stalls, geometric iron footbridges, colourful terraced houses, and the wide green expanse of Brockwell Park rising above the railway tracks.

I photograph across all of Brixton's distinctive spaces — from intimate family sessions in Brockwell Park to wedding coverage at the Ritzy Cinema, Effra Social or converted arches venues. My approach is documentary and natural: I work with available light, I don't over-direct, and I focus on capturing the genuine character of the people and places in front of my lens. For Brixton — a neighbourhood that values authenticity above all — that approach feels right.

I cover weddings, engagement sessions, family photography, individual and couples portraits, professional headshots and corporate events across Brixton, Herne Hill, Clapham, Stockwell, Streatham, Dulwich, Peckham and all of South London. I travel nationally and internationally for assignments — most of my South London clients find me through London searches, but I photograph weddings throughout England and Europe throughout the year.
