Ely Cathedral · River Great Ouse · Cathedral Close · Fenland Countryside
Ely Cathedral — the “Ship of the Fens” — rises above the flat Cambridgeshire fenland with extraordinary presence. The Cathedral Close and Bishop's Gardens offer intimate, sheltered settings with medieval stonework at every turn. The River Great Ouse winds through the city, providing beautiful waterside backdrops with willow-lined banks and moored boats. The wide, open fenland skies give outdoor portraits a spaciousness and quality of light rarely found elsewhere.
I cover Ely, Soham, Littleport, March, Chatteris, and the surrounding Cambridgeshire fens. Cambridge city is also reachable for combined sessions.

Cathedral interior sessions are arranged directly with the Cathedral and require a photography permit. I can advise on this and coordinate the arrangement for your session.
