Book during your second trimester (ideally around 20–28 weeks) to secure a place around your due date. I hold a provisional slot and confirm the actual session date once baby arrives — typically between days 5 and 14.

For Ely and Cambridgeshire clients, I come to your home. This is almost always preferable for newborn photography — your home has natural light, familiar smells, and the authentic atmosphere of those first days. There's no travel with a newborn, and I bring everything needed.

I allow 2–3 hours. This isn't because we're shooting the entire time — it includes feeding breaks, settling time, and a completely unhurried pace. Some sessions take 90 minutes; some take 3 hours. I never watch the clock.

Absolutely. I only use natural light and gentle natural-looking positions — no complex poses, no posing props, nothing that creates any discomfort. I have completed newborn photography safety training and safety is the non-negotiable foundation of every session.

Yes — I cover all of Cambridgeshire including villages around Ely, the Isle of Ely, Littleport, Soham, Sutton, Haddenham, and surrounding areas. There's no travel supplement for locations within 30 miles of Cambridge.

Yes — the Newborn + Sibling package is designed for families with older children and often produces the most treasured images of the whole collection: the first siblings photograph, older children meeting their new brother or sister.
